NOTE: As we are a member club of Athletics Canada there is an additional $15 Athletics Canada Yearly Membership Fee which needs to be paid once a year.

SPEED, POWER AND FORM

June 11-July 2 - Thursday 6:00 - 7:30 PM – NEW LOCATION-Mooney’s Bay $40

This clinic is all about drills and exercises designed to improve your power and form. We will still be running fast but in a creative kind of way. This clinic does not include a schedule.

ARMY HALF MARATHON

Jul 9-Sept 17, Thursday 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM at Barrhaven Source for Sports, $100

July 7- Sept 15, Tuesday 6:00pm- 7:30pm at Bushtukah 203 Richmond Rd, $100

This clinic is geared towards the Canadian Army Half on September 20th but schedules can be adjusted for other early fall races. Workouts will include speed, hill and tempo work for the half marathon distance. All participants will also receive personalized running schedules geared towards their own goals and abilities. The workouts will be the same in both locations so you have the option of attending the other location on weeks when you can’t make your regular night.  Join thousands of others in what is quickly becoming Ottawa’s Fall Race Weekend!

FALL MARATHON / HALF MARATHON

July 17 - Nov 12 Thursday 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM at Barrhaven Source for Sports, $130

Want to complete your first marathon or half marathon, qualify for Boston or PB at either distance? Come and join us for workouts aimed at bringing out your inner long distance runner. Workouts will include speed, hill and tempo work for the longer distances. All participants will also receive personalized running schedules geared towards their own goals and abilities.

RUN YOUR BEST 10K 

Jul 23- Sept 24- Thursday 6:00 - 7:30 PM at Barrhaven Source for Sports $90

Jul 21- Sept 22 Tuesday 6:00-7:30 PM at Bushtukah 203 Richmond Rd $90

Sept 3-Nov 5 - Thursday 6:00 - 7:30 PM at Barrhaven Source for Sports $90

Join us for your first 10k, or to improve your 10k time. All runners will receive a personalized running schedule. Workouts will include speed, hill and tempo work for 10K runners. The workouts will be the same in both locations so you have the option of attending the other location on weeks when you can’t make your regular night.
