Judy has been coaching adult runners for several years and running for many more.She has run 23 marathons including 7 trips to the Boston Marathon. She completed her first Iron distance Triathlon at The Canadian in 2008 where she set a new master’s women’s course record and placed 2nd overall in the women’s race. She placed 2nd in her age group at the National Masters 10K Championships in 2007 and in 2008 and earned a Rudy Award. In 2009 Judy qualified for the World Ironman Championships by placing 3rd in her age group at Ironman Lake Placid in addition she was the 5th woman and the 3rd masters woman in the Half Marathon at Ottawa Race weekend, 3rd woman and 1st masters in the half at the Lake Placid Marathon and 5th masters at Emilies Run, Canada’s fastest women’s 5K race. In 2010 Judy placed 6th in her age group at the Boston Marathon, 3rd in her age group at the Phillidelphia Marathon, 2nd in the masters divsion at the Ottawa half marathon and 2nd in the masters division in the half at Goodlife Toronto Marathon. Judy was also the Ottawa team leader for Team Stay Put 2008 www.teamstayput.com, a team of 225 female athletes from across Canada and the United States sponsored by Goody.(Judy’s Team Stay put Bio) she is curently a member of the OAC women’s racing team and the co-race director of the Last Chance Triathlon.

JR has been running for over 20 years, and has competed in several Canadian forces running championships. He recently qualified for the world duathlon championships and is the assistant team captain on the executive of the Canadian Forces Triathlon team.

He has run several marathons, including New York city, Philadelphia, and Boston. 

JR truly enjoys sharing his vast running experience with everyone.
