About the Newsletter

The K2J Fitness Newsletter was established in January 2012. It is intended to be a monthly / bi-monthly publication featuring running and runners in our community. Newsletter articles cover the latest information on race resuls, past and upcoming events and run clinics. Besides featuring who crossed the finish and when and where they did so, the newsletter offers anecdotes, useful tips from the frontline of running and a snapshot of the K2J Fitness running culture. All articles are unique to this publication.
