AIDS Run San Diego Race Report
The AIDs Run/Walk San Diego 5k+ is almost exactly 4 miles long. The good news is that they did warn us about that at the start line! The event is held each year in the Hillcrest area of San Diego. It’s a big fundraiser for AIDs/HIV which has been going on since 1985 when it was called The San Diego Walk for Life because there was so much fear surrounding AIDs at the time they could not include HIV or AIDs in the name.
