Our Winter/Spring 2020 Clinics are now open for registration.
All K2J clinics include a group workout once a week. These workouts start with a 1.5-2.5km warm-up run followed by a set of faster intervals. The intervals are all done on a track or in an area where everyone goes around in circles! So no one gets left behind and everyone can go at their own pace.
We provide personalized schedules for your other runs each week but we do not organize formal group runs. Many group members do meet and do other runs each week.
We hold workouts in Barrhaven on Thursday nights starting in January. Payment is not due until the clinic starts and can be made with cash, cheque or email transfer. Receipts can be provided on request.
