Due to COVID-19 restrictions our clinic program is currently on hold. Once restrictions in the Ottawa area have been reduced we will develop a program for the 2021 running season.
Clinic workouts start with a 15 min warm-up run followed by a set of intervals.
Each runner will receive a personalized schedules for your weekly runs. We do not organize formal group runs. However, several members do meet and do other runs each week.
We hold workouts in Barrhaven on Thursday nights starting in January. Payment is not due until the clinic starts and can be made by cash, cheque or email transfer. Receipts can be provided on request.
